Success stories

Farmers who trained, recorded and grew

Real change starts with better practice and better records — here is what that looks like in the field.

Sarah Nakato, Robusta Coffee farmer +35% farm-gate income
“Before the Academy I kept no records. Now our cooperative can show buyers exactly how our coffee was grown and dried — and they come to us.”

Season 1 graduate

Winston Campbell, Cocoa farmer 100% plots geo-mapped
“The site-history module helped us map every plot. When the export buyers asked for traceability, our group already had the answers.”

Joseph Kaupa, Coffee farmer +1 grade on cherry quality
“Mi lainim long Tok Pisin. The facilitator showed us better drying and now our coffee gets a better price at the mill.”

Rollout map

Three phases. One scalable model.

Each new market adds crops, ministries and language packs as an operation — not a rebuild. Nigeria is live today; Ghana, Kenya and Papua New Guinea follow.

  1. 1

    West Africa

    Live now

Nigeria’s live curriculum and cohorts launch first; Ghana and Francophone West Africa follow the ECOWAS trade-liberalisation logic.

New crops, new ministries and new language packs — Swahili, French and Portuguese — added as an operation, not a rebuild.

Governance

Completion ≠ Certification

FarmSync Academy trains. JAPAC-GAP certifies. Under ISO/IEC 17065 the body that trains a farmer can never be the body that certifies them — so we keep the two completely separate.

01

Academy Training

FarmSync Academy

A season-long cohort through Modules 0–11 with a Field Facilitator. Ends with a Certificate of Training Completion.

02

Mock Audit Window

FarmSync Academy

A practice run of an audit so farmers know what to expect. It prepares — it never grades or certifies.

03

Independent JAPAC-GAP Audit

JAPAC-GAP (independent)

A separate, accredited certification body audits the farm. The Academy has no say in the outcome.

04

Certification Decision

JAPAC-GAP (independent)

Only JAPAC-GAP can issue a GAP certificate, in line with ISO/IEC 17065 impartiality requirements.

Readiness Scores, completed modules and paid tiers describe training progress only. They are never certification results.
