FarmSync Academy is the agricultural training arm of LifeCare Connect — season-long Good Agricultural Practice training for smallholder farmers and cooperatives.
Our mission
Make every smallholder audit-ready — without making them wait
Export buyers now need proof: plot maps, land-use history, input records and safe working conditions. Most smallholders already farm well; what they lack is structured training and records. FarmSync Academy runs a 22-week, crop-specific curriculum (Modules 0–11) delivered by local Field Facilitators, so farmers and cooperatives arrive at an independent audit prepared.

Farmer first
Training is designed around the season, the crop and the language a farmer actually uses — not around a classroom timetable.
Built for real connectivity
WhatsApp, SMS and USSD hand-offs, plus a low-bandwidth mode, mean a basic phone is enough to take part.
Impartial by design
We train; JAPAC-GAP certifies. Keeping the two separate protects farmers, buyers and the integrity of every certificate.
Cooperatives as the engine
Group enrollment, Group Leads and Record-Keepers turn individual learning into collective market access.
Expansion as an operation
New crops, ministries and language packs are added to the same platform — not rebuilt market by market.
Data belongs to farmers
Farm and training records belong to the farmer or cooperative. We support them; we never audit them.

FarmSync Academy trains farmers. JAPAC-GAP certifies them. Per ISO/IEC 17065, these cannot be the same entity. No Readiness Score, completed module or paid tier on this platform is a certification result. Farm and training data belongs to the farmer or cooperative — this platform supports them; it does not audit them.
