For governments & ministries

The farmer-level execution layer for national agriculture programmes

FarmSync Academy turns agricultural policy into trained farmers, organised cooperatives and export-ready supply chains, with the data to prove it.

What a partnership delivers

Measurable results without a new budget line

Live impact dashboard

Farmers enrolled and trained, cooperatives onboarded and export-readiness by region, available to ministry teams in real time.

MOU-ready partnership

Structured milestones, co-branded materials and a shared reporting rhythm that fit into programmes you have already funded.

Local-language delivery

Curricula delivered in the languages farmers use, from Hausa and Ibibio to Twi and Tok Pisin.

Impartiality protected

Training stays separate from certification. JAPAC-GAP audits on its own, in line with ISO/IEC 17065.

Rollout

Three phases, one platform

Phase 1Live now

Phase 2Preparing

East & Central Africa

New crops, new ministries and new language packs — Swahili, French and Portuguese — added as an operation, not a rebuild.

  • Kenya
  • Uganda
  • Rwanda
  • DR Congo
Phase 3Curriculum built

Papua New Guinea & the Pacific

Nine facilitator decks already built for coffee, cocoa, copra and oil palm, with Tok Pisin as the primary delivery language.

Completion ≠ Certification

FarmSync Academy trains farmers. JAPAC-GAP certifies them. Per ISO/IEC 17065, these cannot be the same entity. No Readiness Score, completed module or paid tier on this platform is a certification result. Farm and training data belongs to the farmer or cooperative — this platform supports them; it does not audit them.
