Why Completion Is Not Certification — and Why That Protects You
The ISO/IEC 17065 principle behind FarmSync Academy’s firewall, explained in plain language.

A certificate is only valuable if buyers trust it. That trust depends on independence.
The rule
Under ISO/IEC 17065, the body that certifies a farm must be impartial. It cannot also be the body that trained the farmer.
What that means here
FarmSync Academy trains and issues a Certificate of Training Completion. JAPAC-GAP, a separate entity, audits and certifies.
Why it protects you
Because the certification is independent, buyers and regulators can rely on it — which makes your certificate worth more.
Completion ≠ Certification. Training readiness only — certification decisions are made independently by JAPAC-GAP.
